Distiller – Whiskey Production
Description
We are seeking an experienced Distiller to join our Louisville Distillery Branch. The role involves overseeing fermentation, distillation, and maturation of premium whiskey and other spirits. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, maintaining production records, and supporting new product development.

Employment will be on a full-time basis with standard U.S. labor law compliance.
Background check required in accordance with federal alcohol production laws.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Requirements
Proven experience in spirit/whiskey distillation (minimum 3 years).
Strong knowledge of fermentation, yeast management, and alcohol yield optimization.
Ability to operate pot stills and column stills.
Familiarity with U.S. alcohol compliance regulations (TTB).
Attention to detail with strong tasting and sensory skills.
